About Whole Path Wellness
Whole Path Wellness was created to support individuals seeking meaningful, lasting change. Our approach focuses on the connection between mindset, behavior, physical health, and daily habits — helping clients build a path toward sustainable wellness and recovery.

About Kyle
Born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Kyle Popish is deeply rooted in the community he serves. He was educated through the Scranton School District and later earned an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Lackawanna College.
Like many people, Kyle’s early adulthood was marked by a lack of direction, purpose, and clarity. That absence eventually led him into the world of addiction, a chapter of life that spanned more than a decade and brought significant personal challenges. In August of 2018, Kyle made the decision to change course and commit fully to recovery—a turning point that reshaped not only his life, but his mission.
Since that time, Kyle has found deep purpose in helping others create meaningful, lasting change. His work extends beyond substance use disorders to include behavioral addictions and the identification of maladaptive patterns that keep people stuck. Through both lived experience and professional practice, Kyle came to embrace a guiding belief: the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Real, sustainable change doesn’t happen in isolation—it requires a shift in behavior, mindset, physical health, and daily habits.
Kyle brings a whole-person approach to his work, drawing on certifications through the Pennsylvania Certification Board in Addictions Counseling, Problem Gambling, and Recovery Specialist roles. He also holds multiple credentials through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, including Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Wellness Coaching, and Behavioral Change Specialization. Combined with years of hands-on experience working with diverse clients, this integrated background allows Kyle to support change that is both practical and deeply personal.
At the core of Kyle’s work is a genuine passion for helping people reclaim their lives, rebuild trust with themselves and others, and move forward with clarity and purpose. His approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that lasting change is possible when the whole person is supported.
